CANCELLATION POLICY

Please Read Policy Before Booking! New Clients: I do not work with acrylic! I do offer polygel (acrylic gel) and builder gel. If you are a new client, you must come with bare nails or book a soak off for your appointment. I will not work over someone else’s work. Deposits: All deposits are non refundable and are required for booking. The deposit will go toward your total. Rescheduling/Canceling: You can reschedule or cancel your appointment through the booking site up to 48 hours before your scheduled appointment. Anytime after that, you will be required to pay another deposit for your new appointment forfeiting the original. Please note that your deposit is transferable for the first time only. After rescheduling for a second time, you forfeit your original deposit and must rebook with a new one.  No Call No Show: You will be banned from booking future appointments. No exceptions! Lateness: On the day of your appointment, please give yourself enough travel time and time to find parking as parking can be very limited. If you are 10 minutes late you will be charged a late fee of $10 and $1 for every minute late after. If you are 15 minutes late, your appointment will be canceled. Communication is key! I know somethings are out of our control so please reach out in enough time and I will try my hardest to accommodate you. No Children or Extra People: This is a very small space. I do not work with harsh smelling products but there are still chemicals and sharp objects around that aren’t the safest for our children. Because it is a small space, there is only enough room for the nail tech and the client being serviced. No friends or family please. Thank you!
